Stem cell therapy is known to stimulate your healing from within your own body, within a cellular level.
Umbilical Cord Stem Cell Therapy has been known to treat many different conditions.
Naz Keshwani, M.D. is offering Regenerative Medicine with stem cell treatments in order to treat a number of chronic pain conditions. Dr. Keshwani only uses umbilical cord stem cells derived from healthy donated babies for therapy. These stem cells used for therapy are harvested in a sterile environment and are processed by a world renowned lab under strict FDA guidelines.
Although stem cell therapy is only approved in certain instances by the FDA, all protocols and guidelines are followed by this office to perform therapy treatments for the following conditions.
- Joint pain
- Speedier recovery from injuries
- Anti-aging
- Osteoarthritis conditions
- Inflamation
- And more ailments
REGENERATIVE MEDICINE - STEM CELL THERAPY QUICK FACTS
What is a stem cell?
A stem cell is basically a “blank” cell, capable of becoming a differentiated cell type in the body, such as a skin cell, muscle cell or a nerve cell. Stems cells can be used to replace or even heal damaged tissues and cells in the body. They serve as a built in, repair system for the human body.
Where do the stem cells come from, which are used in my treatment?
Adult stem cells are found in Human Umbilical Cord Tissue. The stem cells are taken from donated umbilical cords of healthy babies. The blood undergoes extensive testing for any possible diseases and is subject to the same requirements as national blood banks. The lab our stem cells are received from is a world-renowned facility.
How do stem cells work?
Essentially, stem cells (progenitor cells) are capable of regeneration and differentiation into a wide range of specialized cell types. Stem cells develop into tissues and organs in the body. Once injected, stem cells follow inflammatory signals from damaged tissues and have multiple ways of repairing these areas.
When cells get worn out or damaged, certain biochemical signals trigger adult stem cells to start working to repair tissue. As we grow older, the stem cells in the older tissue are inhibited by certain chemical signals from reacting as they normally would. Studies have shown, however, that when placed in the proper environment and exposed to the appropriate signals, older tissue can repair itself once again.
No ethical issues are involved with umbilical cord stem cell therapy.
Are umbilical cord tissue cells safe?
Yes - testing performed under strict guidelines to avoid any potential infectious diseases.
Are there any side effects?
Not usually, beyond the initial pain at the injection site, patients do not experience any discomfort. It has been found that less than 10% of (mostly lumbar puncture) patients have developed a minor fever, headache, nausea or vomiting. However, even these types of side effects, usually resolve within 24 hours and have not lasted more than three days. No long-term side effects have ever been reported.
Treatment Applications:
Infusion – Stem Cells can be administered for systemic effects via intravenous or intra-arterial infusion.
Intra-Articular – For joint injuries, stem cells may be directly applied into the damaged joint to potentially accelerate healing, reducing pain and reducing inflammation. In many treatments both intra-articular and systemic infusions are used in combination.
Allograft Stem Cell Therapy – Definition: Derived from another human and implanted and/or infused into another person. Stem cells processed from donated umbilical cords processed and injected into another person.
Standardized Concentrations:
10 million stem cells per cc - verified by our world renowned lab
30 million stem cells per cc - verified by our world renowned lab
How much do these treatments cost?
Currently most stem cell therapy is patient funded. Each treatment is approximately $5,000 to $7,000 here at Elite Doc Health and Beauty. This price is far below the average because Dr. Keshwani would like to have more patients treated with this groundbreaking science.
Pricing varies based on severity of condition and number of treatments required. Through our research, we have seen cost of treatments around $25,000 to $30,000 or more abroad and similar pricing here in the US.
Based on the severity of your condition, you may require additional treatments.
FDA information:
The lab our umbilical cord stem cells are sourced from is a CGMP compliant sterile lab; which meets the highest standards in the industry. The FDA requires strict testing of stem cells for diseases, which this lab follows.
This treatment is NOT FDA approved as the FDA has not approved any stem-cell based products for use, other than cord blood derived hematopoietic progenitor cells for certain indications.
